Help Wanted
As you can imagine, putting on an event to celebrate Camp Royaneh's 100th anniversary takes a team effort. As the event date draws near, the list of tasks to complete begins to grow. We currently need help with the items listed below.
Parking Coordinator
There will be 3 in camp parking lots and 1 (2 if needed) offsite parking lot with parking assistants at each lot. We need someone to coordinate the efforts of parking assistants as well as the two parking shuttle drivers.
Parking Assistants
These people will be assigned to one of the lots to direct attendees to their parking location. We’d prefer them to be 16 or older.
Golf Cart Driver / Tour Guide
This person must be 18 or older with a valid California driver's license and a clean driving record. The golf carts will be used for scheduled mobile tours as well as for shuttle service as needed. Golf cart drivers may not participate in the beer & wine pavilion before their shift.
Lifeguards
We need Red Cross trained lifeguards to supplement the Aquatics staff. Other lifeguard certifications or safe swim defense training is also acceptable. Lifeguards may not participate in the beer & wine pavilion before their shift.
BB Gun Range Assistant
This person will help ensure safety on the range as well as help kids with shooting the BB guns and scoring their targets. This person may not participate in the beer & wine pavilion before their shift.
Pavilion Servers
We need people to help dispense beer, pour wine and sell wristbands. All volunteers in this area must be 21 or older.
Photographer / Videographer
We need people to take photos and videos at the various events throughout the day and then upload them a Google drive that has been set up when they get home.
Raffle Ticket Sales
We need people to sell raffle tickets throughout the day. Winning tickets will be drawn at the campfire.
Drone Operator
If you have a drone and would like to pilot to take overhead pictures and videos of the event, please let us know.
